Payments and Consultation Fees

Consultations start from SAR 75 for a 30-minute session. Prices vary by the care provider's specialty, professional classification, experience, and the length of the session. Provider profiles show the available prices for each duration, such as 30, 45, or 60 minutes, and you will see the final amount before booking. A session of the same length costs the same whether you choose text, audio, or video.

Packages, offers, and promo codes may help lower the cost. Check the price, discount, tax, and final total on the payment screen; this is the definitive summary for the transaction you are about to complete.

Prices reflect differences in specialty, professional classification, experience, and session length. A psychiatrist or consultant may charge more than a psychologist or another category of care provider, and longer sessions usually cost more.

A higher price does not necessarily mean that a provider is the best match for you. Compare their area of expertise, ratings, language, approach, and availability, and decide on your budget before booking. Professional and personal fit matters more than choosing the highest price.

You can browse care provider profiles, prices, and ratings for free before booking. To try the service at a lower cost, choose a suitable session and enter the code. Do not confirm payment until the discount appears in the final summary.

There are no recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. You can pay for each session individually or buy a package of two, four, or eight sessions with a one-time payment.

The package is tied to the care provider selected when you buy it and offers a lower price than individual bookings for ongoing treatment. Review the number of sessions, price, validity period, and cancellation and refund terms before buying, and do not confuse a one-time package with a recurring subscription.

Choose your preferred method on the payment page, then make sure the transaction succeeds and the appointment appears in your account. Never send your full card number or verification code to anyone; enter payment details only on the official payment screen.

Yes. You can choose Tabby or Tamara on the payment page. The installment provider will show the number and dates of payments and any fees before you agree. A Tabby plan is usually split into four interest-free payments when installments are paid on time.

After choosing Tabby or Tamara, complete its verification and approval process, then pay the first installment under the plan. The installment provider decides eligibility, spending limits, and fees, and any outstanding installments remain governed by your agreement with it.

Yes. Tatmeen supports Mukafaat, Qitaf, and Tamayouz. Select Loyalty Programs on the payment page, choose the program, and enter the number of points you want to use. If the points do not cover the full amount, pay the difference with another method available for that transaction.

Point values and redemption terms vary by program, and some transactions may not allow you to combine points with a promo code. The payment summary shows the value of the points applied and the amount remaining before you confirm.

The Tatmeen Wallet is an in-app balance that shows your available funds and a record of payments, cancellations, refunds, compensation, gifts, and top-ups.

Your balance may come from money you added, gifts you received, or refunds credited to the wallet. When booking, select Tatmeen Wallet. If the balance is not enough, you can pay the difference with another available payment method.

The wallet is not a bank account. Eligible refunds are returned to it by default, and you may request that the amount of an eligible transaction be sent back to the original payment source after the request is reviewed and approved.

Yes. Open Wallet, select Add Funds, enter the amount, choose a payment method, and complete the transaction. The balance is added to your wallet for future bookings.

The minimum top-up may be SAR 50, and the available limits are shown on the top-up screen. The balance remains in your wallet until you use it. Before deleting your account, use the balance or request that any eligible amount be processed for refund so that no unsettled balance remains.

After choosing a session and reaching the payment page, enter the code in the Promo Code or Voucher field and tap Apply. The discount and final amount will appear before you pay.

Each code has an expiry date and its own terms. It may be limited to new users, a particular service, or a minimum spend. The My Vouchers section shows your available, used, and expired vouchers. If a code is declined, check its spelling, validity, and the type of transaction before completing payment.

Offers appear in the app's Offers section, in notifications, under My Vouchers, and sometimes on a care provider's profile. Tatmeen also announces seasonal offers, package promotions, and referral offers through its official channels.

An electronic invoice is issued for every session. Open Completed Appointments, select the appointment card, then choose Invoice or Download Invoice. You can also access invoices from the transaction history in your wallet.

The invoice includes the amount, consultation date, appointment number, payment method, and the tax or exemption applied. Invoices remain in your account, and you can download them as PDF files for your employer, insurance provider, or tax purposes when needed.

Saudi citizens can receive a value-added tax exemption after verifying their national ID. Under My Account, open Personal Information, then ID Information, and enter your national ID number for verification through Yakeen.

Once verification succeeds, the tax exemption appears on the payment page and invoice. Verification is optional; your identity information is used for billing and is not shown to the care provider. Check the amount and tax in the payment summary before confirming.

From the home page, select “Send a Gift, Change a Life!”, enter the recipient's mobile number, the amount, and an optional message, then complete payment. The recipient receives a message, and the funds are added to their wallet to use for the service they choose.

If they do not have an account, the message invites them to register. Check the number and amount before sending; the gift remains in the recipient's wallet until used. Their privacy is fully protected: the sender cannot see which care provider they choose, their appointments, or any details of how they use healthcare services.
