This Privacy and Integrity Policy is between Tatmeen ("the Company" or "the Website" or "we" or "us") and the service provider ("the physician" or "the practitioner") and the service recipient ("the user" or "the client" or "the beneficiary"). If the user does not agree with Tatmeen's policy and practices, they should not download, register, or use Tatmeen. - "Physician" ("the practitioner" or "the consultant"): The physician or therapist.

- "User" ("the client" or "the beneficiary"): The individual seeking psychological or family counseling.

We process your personal data solely in accordance with strict legal requirements. We attach great importance to the fact that all principles of personal data processing are taken into account. Tatmeen also places great emphasis on transparency. Therefore, we only process your data within the legal framework where the processing of this data can be reasonably expected. If, in the context of our assessment, we come to the conclusion that the processing cannot be reasonably expected, we will only carry out the processing after obtaining your explicit consent. In the following description of our processing activities, we refer in each case to the categories of personal data. The category includes various personal data, which are usually processed together for the mentioned purposes.

Personal data means information that can identify you or make it possible to identify you. In general, we process the following categories of personal data for the following reasons: contact information such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, and your social media handles (if applicable).

If you contact us, we collect this data because we need to know who we are speaking to and what we are talking about in order to assist you with your inquiries.

This also applies when you leave comments on our social media pages. We do not merge this data with your profile data on our platform, but we can still identify you through your social media handles. Profile data (core data) includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, delivery addresses, and date of birth.

This data is your core data, which we definitely need to provide our services. Without a mobile phone number, you cannot create a profile. Your name, email address, and delivery addresses collectively represent the core data.

Device information and access data refer to the device ID, device identifier, operating system and version, device location, access time, configuration settings, and internet connection information (IP address).

Upon each access, we store this information for technical reasons. We also use parts of this information to detect suspicious behavior at an early stage to avoid any harm. Contact data includes your name, email address, mobile phone number, and device identifier. If you wish to receive email messages, text messages, or in-app pop-up advertisements from us, we need specific information to send the messages to you. Instead of addressing you as "Dear Customer," we find it preferable to address you by your name. This form of personal information is also used to communicate with you.

Automatically when using Tatmeen.Information Provided Personally by the User

When downloading, registering, or using Tatmeen, we may ask the user to provide certain information:

• That can identify them, such as name, address, email, phone number, or any other identifier that enables contact ("Personal Information"). This information includes:

• Information provided through filling out forms in Tatmeen. This includes information provided during registration and subscription to our services, publishing materials, and requesting additional services. We may also request information when participating in a contest or promotional offer from us and when reporting a problem in Tatmeen.

• Records and copies of the user's correspondence (including email and telephone numbers) if they contact us.

• When responding to surveys that we may request to complete for research purposes.

• Details of transactions performed by the user through Tatmeen. They may be asked to provide financial information before submitting a request through the website.

• Search queries on Tatmeen, including usage behavior, preferred files, etc.

The user may also provide information for publication or display ("Post") in the public areas of the websites accessed through Tatmeen (collectively referred to as "User Contributions"). The user's own user contributions are published and transferred to others at their own responsibility. - Usage Details: When accessing and using Tatmeen, certain details about its access and usage may be automatically collected, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources accessed and used in Tatmeen or through it.

- Device Information: We may collect information about the user's mobile device and internet connection, including the unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and phone number.

- Stored Information and Files: Based on the user's request to share files with another user on Tatmeen, Tatmeen may obtain metadata and other information associated with other files stored on the device. This may include, for example, images, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.

- Location Information: Tatmeen does not collect real-time information about the user's device location unless the user allows us to collect this information. If the user does not want us to collect this location information, they should refrain from downloading Tatmeen or delete it from their device. They can also unsubscribe at any time by deleting their account. Please note that choosing not to collect Tatmeen's location information may disable its location-based features.

The technologies we use to automatically collect information may include:

- Cookies (or mobile cookies): A cookie is a small file that is placed on the user's smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies on the device by activating the appropriate setting on the smartphone. However, if this setting is selected, the user may not be able to access certain parts of Tatmeen.

- Web Beacons: Our Tatmeen pages and email messages may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that allow the company to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and to gather other related Tatmeen statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system integrity).

When using Tatmeen or its content, third parties may use automated information collection technologies to gather information about users or their devices. These third parties may include:

- Advertisers and ad networks.

- The manufacturer of your mobile device.

- Your mobile phone service provider.

- Video service providers.

The information collected by these parties may be linked to users' personal information or information about their online activities across different websites, Tatmeen, and other internet services and sites. They may use this information to provide them with (behavioral) targeted advertisements or other specified content.

We do not control the tracking technologies or how they may be used by these external parties. If users have any questions about a specific advertisement or other content, they should contact the responsible provider directly.

We use the information we collect or that is provided by Tatmeen users, including any personal information, for the following purposes:

- To provide them with Tatmeen and its content and any other information, products, or services they request from us.

- To fulfill any other purpose they present.

- To provide them with notices about their accounts, including expiration and renewal notices.

- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between them and us, including billing and collection.

- To notify them about updates to Tatmeen and any changes to any of the products or services we offer.

- To use the provided information to send related content and/or marketing materials.

The usage information we collect helps us improve Tatmeen and provide a better, more customized experience by enabling us to:

- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

- Store information about users' preferences, allowing us to customize Tatmeen according to their individual interests.

- Recognize them when using Tatmeen.

We may disclose information collected about our users, including non-personally identifiable information about individuals or devices, without restrictions. Additionally, we may disclose personal information that we collect or that users provide to us in the following cases:

- To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between the user and us, including the End User License Agreement for the Tatmeen application, invoices, and collection.

- When we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tatmeen, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and risk reduction.

We strive to provide users with choices regarding the personal information they provide to us. This section describes the mechanisms we offer them to control the disclosure and uses of their information.

- Tracking Technologies: They can set their browser to refuse all or some cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent. If they disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of Tatmeen may be inaccessible or may not function properly.

- Company Promotions: If they do not want Tatmeen to use their email address for promoting products or services of external parties or ourselves, they can unsubscribe by logging into Tatmeen and modifying their user preferences in their profile for their account by selecting or deselecting the relevant boxes.

- Company Targeted Advertising: If they do not want Tatmeen to use the information we collect or that they provide to us to deliver advertisements according to the specific audience preferences of our advertisers, they can opt-out by adjusting their user advertising preferences in their profile for their account by verifying or unchecking the relevant boxes.

- We do not control the collection or use of user's personal information by third parties for interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide him with ways to opt-out of the collection or use of his information in this manner. He can opt-out and opt-out of receiving targeted advertisements from members of the “Network Advertising Initiative” through the respective website.

The user can review and modify their personal information by logging into Tatmeen and visiting their profile page.

Upon your request as a user, we may delete your personal information, which may include deleting your user account as well. To request the deletion of your information, please send an email specifying the nature of the request to the Customer Service Department. We reserve the right not to fulfill requests for information changes if we believe that the change violates any law or legal condition or compromises the accuracy of the information.

If the user deletes their "user contributions" from Tatmeen, copies of these contributions may still be temporarily displayed and archived on stored pages, or they may have been copied or stored by other Tatmeen users. Proper access and use of the information provided on Tatmeen, including user contributions, are subject to our terms and conditions, which include previous chat records and any information shared with service providers, physicians, and usage logs.

We have implemented measures at Tatmeen to protect users' personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information provided by the user to us is stored on our secure servers behind protective walls. Any payment transactions are encrypted using secure connections technology.

The security of the information also relies on the user personally. When we provide them - or wherever they choose - with a password to access certain parts of Tatmeen, they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. We ask users not to share their password with anyone.

Unfortunately, transmitting information over the internet and mobile platforms is not entirely secure. Although we make every effort to protect the personal information of Tatmeen users, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted through Tatmeen. Any transmission of personal information is at the user's own risk. Therefore, we are not responsible for circumvention methods or breaches of the privacy settings or security measures we provide.

We also want to inform you that in the event of a merger with another company, acquisition of the company, we will disclose the information to that company. And of course, we will require the company to comply with data protection regulations.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes in how we handle the personal information of Tatmeen users, we will publish the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that it has been updated.

The date of the last update is specified at the top of the page. The user is responsible for ensuring that we have all relevant and updated information, such as email, and is also responsible for regularly visiting the privacy policy to check for any changes.

At Tatmeen, we strive to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our users. Therefore, we commit to not disclose any personal information, whether it is provided by the healthcare provider "physician" or the user, such as names, addresses, email addresses, and others, to any party except as permitted by the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Access to such information will only be granted to Tatmeen's management.

At Tatmeen, we collect and store the following data provided by the user:

- User-provided data in their personal account, including name, mobile number, and encrypted password.

- Bank card information, such as prepaid cards, credit cards, debit cards, Visa, which the user chooses to enter and store in their personal account, ensuring its confidentiality.

- User feedback, complaints, and communication through the "Contact Us" feature.

- User ratings for the Tatmeen application, healthcare providers "physicians," and the services provided.

- Messages sent by the user to any of our email addresses.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for the duration of your continued use of Tatmeen. We may also be required to retain some personal data resulting from your use of Tatmeen to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or government decisions, to the extent required and in compliance with the law.

We make every effort to ensure that Tatmeen operates at its best, providing sessions and programs in a secure and stable environment while preserving user privacy. However, in the event of any technical issues, we kindly ask you to contact Tatmeen's customer service, and the problem will be resolved promptly.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal information and specifically their password. In the event of any services accessed using the password, the user assumes all responsibilities associated with it. Tatmeen bears no responsibility, and the user is solely responsible for all data and information shared through the Tatmeen platform.

At Tatmeen, we reserve the right to manage and monitor all platform content. Therefore, we reserve the right to delete, modify, or remove any user who publishes content that violates the platform's objectives, terms, and conditions. By agreeing to register with Tatmeen, you implicitly agree to the platform's terms and conditions and to comply with them. These terms and policies are subject to continuous development and improvement, so users are advised to review them regularly.

As we continuously update and expand the services provided by Tatmeen, we may make certain changes to this policy. It is important to review these updates periodically.

By acknowledging that your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and privacy policy may be followed by subsequent changes after your initial approval, your use of the Tatmeen website or continued use of Tatmeen's services following policy changes indicates your agreement to comply with these changes.

You can read the latest version of the privacy policy by visiting our website and clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" located at the bottom of the Tatmeen website.

We reserve the right to modify the privacy policy and make changes to it at any time. When this occurs, we will publish the latest update on Tatmeen and your continued use of Tatmeen's services and retention of your personal account implies your acceptance of the updated privacy policy. The latest version of the privacy policy supersedes all previous versions.

- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the level of risk by the healthcare provider.

- Ensure the presence of a high-risk situation before taking action to report.

- Attempt to communicate with the beneficiary or someone close to them by directly requesting the beneficiary's input and explaining the importance of speaking to a secure individual nearby.

- If unable to reach any of the beneficiary's relatives or a secure individual nearby and the risk assessment and accompanying signs indicate a high-risk situation, you may file a report to the relevant authorities.

- After obtaining the beneficiary's number, inform the appropriate authorities through the Tatmeen application or contact 999 or 911 and provide information about the conversation within the available details.

- In cases of domestic violence or harm to children under 18 years, please contact the Domestic Violence Center (1919).
